Freelancing by definition is selling your service or skills without a long term contract. You can offer any number of services. Writing, graphic design, transcription, editing, audio creation, photography, and even  your voice over services can all be offered as a freelancer. Freelancing gives you the ability to pick and choose the projects you work on and whom you work with. It provides you with the freedom to set your rates and to choose when you work and when you don’t.

2. Information Marketing

Information marketing is exactly what it means, you make online profit by selling information. There is an information hungry society and we often turn to the internet to help solve our problems. Whether you want to lose weight, learn how to be better parents for your kids and we all have problems we want to solve.  Information Marketers  make online profit by writing information in their blog content to draw potential advertisers and also to write e-books, books or software for the purpose of selling. They can also conduct online course or coaching. The key success to be an information marketer is to find a topic of your interest and you do the research. There are tons of niche topics that are waiting to be discovered.

3. Affiliate marketing

Affiliate marketers earn a commission on products or services they sell. Generally, affiliate marketers create a website or a blog around certain niche topic. They use blog content to build an audience and drive traffic to their website or blog. In their content they promote, review, and link to the sales pages of the products or services they represent. Affiliate marketing can be a very lucrative wahm business. Like information marketing the key is to find a niche you are passionate about and to research supply and demand. You will also want to research affiliate products and services.

4. Network Marketing

Network marketer’s job is to build their network besides marketing products. The key success of network marketers lies on the team building. My advice to home based moms and home based working moms is to choose WAHM business model that you are comfortable with. I choose WAHM business model 2, 3 and 4 and run those together. Yes, it is possible to have a mixed of several WAHM business model and it makes me to be a multi task Mompreneur.
