Self Improvement Ideas to Learn from Alice Wonderland Character

Posted By: Viviana on March 14, 2010 at 4:03 pm

Kids and I watched Alice in Wonderland Movie today. I had to say that the movie gave a WOW experience to us. I like the twisted story of this movie rather than the original book. Apart from the fantastic cinematography, Alice Wonderland character is a strong person and the movie conveys self improvement ideas for all of us to learn.

These were the movie script that caught my attention:

All the best people are crazy. So, don’t be afraid if we have crazy and different ideas from the other people.

It is possible to do the impossible things.

Everything is in your mind. We can set our mind to be positive or negative.

I think the words above are very powerful to cultivate fighting spirit in adults and kids. Of course, we shall simplify the meaning to young kids. What can moms and kids learn from Alice Wonderland character?

  • Being a mom doesn’t mean that we’re confined to our family.  Often, we reject the ideas to learn new skills and pursue our dream because we’re too afraid to do the impossible things. Check out Million Dollar Moms , a network group of moms who dare to dream.
  • As a parent, we also have an obligation to guide our kids to reach their dream or goal. Goal Setting for Kids is an excellent way to train  kids to work toward their dream or goal.

If a dream or goal seems unachievable, break the goal into small steps to make it possible. We all have to work on self improvement ideas to make our dream or goal come true.  I would invite you all to DARE TO DREAM and don’t forget to take actions.

  7. Nicole from Life Coaching Courses says:

I’ve always been mindful of the fact that the child Alice is the most sane and sensible character, whereas all of the adult characters are absurd and ludicrous. Not too far from the truth sometimes. =)
