Positive Parenting Tips – Motivating Kids Using The Law of Attraction and Goal Setting for kids.

Posted By: vie on March 16, 2010 at 9:02 pm

The secret recipe for motivating kids is to make them feel good and positive. Use the law of attraction and goal setting for kids to guide them to be a happy, successful and responsible individual.  Both can be powerful tools in positive parenting tips for motivating kids.

Negative things attracts negativity and positive things attracts positivity.

Reduce negative words to avoid hard behaviours from your kids.  Instead, use positive words and encouragement to redirect them to set their goal and to experience what it is like to reach a success. It is important that kids experience success at an early age so they will get used to it and repeat  it as their life goes into adulthood.

Positive parenting tips based on the law of attraction and goal setting for motivating your kids are:

Use positive words. You know that there are certain people who can attract kids like a magnet. For example: a kindergarten teacher. She always makes kids feel good. Do you notice that a kindergarten teacher always praises and encourages kids so they obey them and do what she wants?

Avoid pushy attitude. Setting a goal or target for kids without discussing with your kids how to achieve it will worry the kids and make them fail.  Involve your kids in setting their goal and draw a step by step plan how to achieve it.

Use stories. Stories can bring magic. Show the kids the positive characters in the story. Read stories of successful people together. Simplify and explain the story to them. I find that kids movies or even Barbie movies can do good for motivating kids if we ask questions and explain to them.

Laughter. Laughter can bring positive energy for parents and kids. Laughter can turn negative into positive feeling. Revive positive vibe in your home with laughter.

Overall, positive parenting tips for motivating kids will succeed if parents use the law of attraction and goal setting for kids to attract and direct kids to a path of success.  Motivating kids depends on how you react on their actions.  Your positive parenting will have a compounding effect in your kids future if you cultivate positive attitude and positive emotions in your kids at an early age.

  5. Tom from Law Of Attraction Money says:

My girlfriend is a primary teacher, and one of the things she always does is use positive words rather than negative ones. For example, instead of saying “Stop doing that”, she’d say, “Please come over here”. No negative words leaves children feeling much happier throughout the day.

  6. vie says:

Totally Agree Tom, parents/caregivers should nurture their mind with positive mind so they can utter positive words to kids.

I agree with you Scott. When a child achieves their goal, he is more confident to go for the next challenge.
