I have 2 kids and they have different personality from each other.  The eldest is earthy and the youngest is hyperkinetic. The earthy child seems to do everything in a slow manner but her work is neat. We shall not label the earthy child as a slow motion child and try to push her to be quick.  My youngest is a super quick child. She did her homework in a rush but I often find out that her work isn’t as neat as her sister.
