How did you manage to create and launch 3 products in such a short period of time while you were in late pregnancy, then giving birth and confinement?
Planning and Focusing. Planning is important especially when we are in business. Regardless of what kind of business we are in, planning comes first. Without a proper planning, it’s difficult to get the project runs well. Secondly, is Focusing. Once we get our plan done, try to focus on the plan and execute it.
For my 3 products above, actually the preparation work started few months ago before the launched of the product. The Babymoon Travelling Information Guide for example, I started to gather all the information, do the researches etc since Dec 2008. The project get stuck once because of the lack of planning and without proper focusing. One day, I told myself I must carry on the project and I started to schedule the date I wanted to have the project done. Of course I faced difficulty during the process, but I tried to focus on the baby steps and settled the problems one by one.
Once I have experience for my first product, the second and third products come easier. It really doesn’t matter when I was in pregnancy during the creation and launching of products and program, because I just followed my planning and focused on the steps to get them done.
